This wine is a little flatter compared to the Colore Bianco, with orchard fruit, melon, crushed pine nut and rosemary essence. The mouthfeel is broad and rich, spreading smoothly over the palate with creamy intensity and more nutty flavors. You wait for it, and there it is: that pretty note of Mediterranean salinity that pegs this wine to its island origins.”
