Champagne Ambassador

I am very excited to join the Folio team as the Champagne Ambassador in New York. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, working for James Beard award winning Chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Michael Schlow in Boston. I then went on to be the District Manager for Boisset Collection in New England, was the On-Premise Wine Programming Manager at Empire Distributors in Georgia, and was most recently the Northeast Regional Manager for Chappellet Winery.

I hold an MA from Washington University in St. Louis in East Asian Studies, and a BA from the University of Illinois in Political Science. I am a Certified Sommelier and Bar Smarts Advanced. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and dog sitting for her friends.
