After graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, I landed in of all places, Sarasota, FL, the retirement capital of the United States.  Needless to say, the early bird specials left much to be desired.  Fortunately, the blossoming wine scene in Sarasota opened my eyes to an amazing opportunity in wine sales.

I began my wine career with a small South African wine importer and distributor, eventually transitioning onto the fine wine team with a large wine distributor.  After six years of distributor experience throughout the West Coast of Florida, I made a quick stop in Atlanta where I gained invaluable supplier experience, working directly for a California based winery group.

Joining the Folio Fine Wine Partners family at the beginning of 2016 has been a true coming home experience for me.  Not only was I able to return to my native DC, I am proud to once again work with a company that represents such an iconic group of family owned wineries, many of which I sold, admired, and enjoyed while working for my Florida distributor.

Some people have a weakness for sweets or fried food. Well-crafted Champagne is my kryptonite. I look forward to sabering a bottle with you soon.
